Q: I'm ready to order, what do I need to do?

A: Drop us a line at:

Orders@buttonarcade.com

Please include the following information:

1. Your attached design (or design idea).

2. Quantity/description of what you would like.

3. Your PayPal email address (for billing).

Q: What file formats do you accept when it comes to digital artwork?

A: Preferred file types are TIF, PSD, EPS, or BMP. We accept GIF files if they are converted to 256 colors. If you have a question regarding a file type you don't see here, just drop us a line and we will try to work with you. Images should be at least 300 Resolution for best results.

Q: What sizes do the images need to be if i am preparing them myself?

A: Please add a .3" bleed area to your design. If you are purchasing 1" pins, your artwork should be 1.3". The bleed wraps around the side of the button, and will not be visible on your final product.

Q: How long does it take before we recieve our finished/designed buttons?

A: Average turnaround time is 2 weeks at the most. Orders are often completed much faster.

Q: If we want you to make our design, how does the process work?

A: Generally after we hear from you initially and get an idea (general to exact) we will work with you via Email Proofs, getting the image to the EXACT point that you desire.

Q: What types of paper do you offer?

A: We offer a wide variety of colored paper.* We also offer buttons printed on transparencies. The transparencies allow us to do some interesting things like negative images, and using the silver of the button to offset the print/design.
*Black ink only on colored paper

Q: What if I need more buttons of the same design at a later time?

A: All orders are kept by us on file. Re-ordering is as easy as sending us an email and letting us know how many you need.

In the future we may be implementing a submission form on site that would handle design submissions. For the time being however, all artwork/designs are handled via email or regular mail.

You have design questions for us that we didn't cover here? Well don't hesitate to let us know what they are.
